Very rusty on the rollerskis as I'd not been out since the spring due to a tendentious in my leg. I decided to do a small run on the Miribel Jonage cyclepaths east of Lyon.

A return to Miribel Jonage to see if there were some tracks I hadn't found on my last visit.

The bike path from Tencin has been extended all the way to Pontcharra over the summer so I decided to check it out, at least as far as Le Cheylas reservoir, Pontcharra is just a bit beyond.

Variation on last year's theme. I wanted to ski roue along the coast to Ronco but there is a lot of up and down which I didn't fancy.

It is possible to go from Vongy to Courzent on a cyclepath although the slope down from the Ripaille and likewise at Rives on the way back would give anyone pause for thought.
