Very rusty on the rollerskis as I'd not been out since the spring due to a tendentious in my leg. I decided to do a small run on the Miribel Jonage cyclepaths east of Lyon. Of course usual autumn twig fest under the trees but much is quite open. Nearly took a tumble as it is Mudgirl run at the moment and a lot of mud and stones had found its way onto the tracks. Quite a lot of twigs. The bike path by the lac des Allivoz is very rough. It is better to go via the Petite Carmargue restaurant and on a very quite road (dead end) to the Parking L'Ilioz.
