It is possible to go from Vongy to Courzent on a cyclepath although the slope down from the Ripaille and likewise at Rives on the way back would give anyone pause for thought. I just did the sea front as that is the most interesting. The surface is ok except at the entrance to the port. Nice to have a lake to look out over. The idea had been to stop for coffee in the port but it started raining !
Pleasant at 8am but warmer later. Not too many people, just morning runners and fishermen
