Stopped to chat to Valerie who was also on rollerskis. As it was a headwind out that was a nice break for quarter of an hour. Concentrating on trying to get higher on the skis and arm drop (or not) today. A bit quicker than last time. MaxHR was 179 and averaged 170bpm for the return 6km. Maybe a bit tired.
