Climb to the summit of the ski runs (watch out for downhill skiers). At the top take the small path the climbs above the ski life to the north-west.

Autumn Pravouta
Too much snow on the road after the Baure car park at around 1220 metres. Quite a bit of wind at the summit. Skiing quite well with drifts of 50-100cm ! It's better in the undergrowth.

From the center of Grenoble this climb is a hard 1000 meters + of vertical. According to the ClimbByBike website it is in the top 500 of alpine climbs for difficulty.

Col de la Croix de Fer from Bourg d'Oisans
The Haute-Route sportif was crossing over the Glandon so quite a few police around. I cycled the Glandon both ascending and descending.
