Lunch Ride
Some unstructured L3 intervals, really just going with the flow on the climb. First time up the Murianette this year.

Col de l'Oursiere
Short ski tour with tot to get some air not far from home. We climbed up on closed pistes / off piste and skied down on piste. Surprised at how few people were about.

Murianette intervals
Second interval session of the week, this time over the Murianette. 4x8s work quite well although at Revel you have to continue up the hill for 3 minutes.

Curienne - Mont St Michel
Return from Chambery to get some base miles in. Apart from the climb at Threshold mostly <140bpm on the valley roads. I'd not done the Curienne loop before, it is a favourite for Chambery riders.

Evening Ride
Loop home via the Combe de Lancey and co. Adds a few km to the ride home and 600 extra meters of climbing. HR 166bpm for the climb ave, probably due to the heat.
