Quite a long afternoon in the saddle with a ride from the lac du Bourget / Aix les Bains to Crolles in the Isere. I took a detour via the Curienne climb. Very hard with my leg problems and about a third slower than normal (VAM 600 m / h). There is water at the col. After Myans all was good, plenty of stops for water (lac St Andre). Tried to stay in the valley on the flat after Barraux hill.
Hot, had to stop to cool my feet off at one point.
