Ride into work via le col de la Poya. Not too bad this morning but I was rolling along. The climb is 7.5km for 550m of V+.

First Murianette of 2022
First Murianette of 2022. Since I moved offices I've gone this way less as it is a bit longer so I tend to vary the routes.

Col du Pré Long
Very hard climb due to bad back and a top gear that didn't engage properly. The road to the power station has been resurfaced for some reason, very smooth now.

Sunday Lauteret Feeling
Rebooting my cycling career with another climb across the valley, apart from the danger of being squashed by a speeding driver crossing over the valley it is much closer than the right bank for climbs
