Gieres - Venon
Decided to take this nice little climb and loop back around via the Venon descent. 21m44 for the climb, a bit off the 20m03 of last year but not too bad as I'm a bit bushed with work at the moment.

St Mury, Belledonne commute
Commute via St Mury this morning. Slightly less climbing but a bit longer. Climb was good. 3 minutes quicker than June and just 48s off my PR set last year.

Col de Pré Long
The Pre Long challenge. My rear tire is shredded and needs changing but I thought I'd give it one last outing on the Pre Long gravel.

Alpe Quaggione, last time?
I'd decided to come back this year but even with my x32 it is at the limit of what I can ride at the moment. The climb was ok temperature wise but just too dam steep now. 53 minutes from Montebuglio.

Coiromonte
Main climb was pleasant but still finding the very steep ramps hard. Little shake down of the bike after the trip.

Ste Agnes St Mury commute via the Balcons of the Belledonne
A commute via St Mury. It took a bit of discipline to get up and go at 6.45 given the damp and gray skies. VAM of 817 for the climb. A bit slower than last year when I was riding around 880.

Petites roches via St Bernard
Been quite a while since I've cycled this way. Surprisingly slow. 1m04 for the climb to St Hilaire, record is 49 minutes (vam of 800m/h).
