Tri-ath-lon
Bought a tri suit so I can cycle and swim. Seems like a good plan in the dog days of a Lyon summer. Tri suit takes a long time to dry mind you but is comfortable to ride in.

Mont Cindre, Lyon
A little lunch ride to turn the legs, about 1h10 for the loop and 28 mins for the climb, a bit off my PB but I haven't ridden much this year and it felt sufficiently quick.

Four Golden Hills
Decided to go for a bit longer ride, only 44km mind, over 4 summits to do some climbing. A bit sluggish on the climbs to be honest - VAM of about 670m/h over 30 minutes.

Sunday Mont Verdun; Lyon
Sunday afternoon ride after a pub lunch. I thought I was going quite well but 2m30 slower on the course a cote (Limonest zig zags) compared to my PR.

Un p'tit poil froid
Very fast tour today. I profited a bit from sheltering behind cyclists where possible. Average speed was 23.9 km/h which is quite good given the climb and complex nature of the semi urban roads.

Traverse of the Mont d'Or
Trying some new roads. I went along the SaƓne to a spot called Hawaii - people surf here on the waves.

Route de Mont Thou; Lyon
I was a bit late getting out so had to hurry on the ride out. Lucky was able to ride with someone else to the Isle de Barbe and there was still a bit of a headwind.

Mont Cindre from Lyon
A short lunch ride, I had just over an hour to do a tour but wanted a bit of climb.

Mont Cindre, Lyon
A little lunch ride with slightly uncertain weather. Climb to mont Cindre took 28m30 from the Ile de Barbe, a VAM of 621 for a 4.5% slope (although with quite a few ramps and flats). Not too bad.
