Description

Sunday afternoon ride after a pub lunch. I thought I was going quite well but 2m30 slower on the course a cote (Limonest zig zags) compared to my PR. I'll have to check when I did that but I was probably climbing at more like 1000 m/h back in the day and not possible to reach those speeds nowadays. The zig-zag hill is open to road traffic now and there were a few racers doing hill climbs; you see why it is closed during the summer to cars. Also a big sign saying no drone flying now.

Conditions

Warmish, still in shorts but not t-shirt. Damp in the shadows. Lots of boy racers on the Monts d'Or with their sports cars but not necessarily bad drivers.
