Main climb was pleasant but still finding the very steep ramps hard. Little shake down of the bike after the trip.

A commute via St Mury. It took  a bit of discipline to get up and go at 6.45 given the damp and gray skies. VAM of 817 for the climb. A bit slower than last year when I was riding around 880.

V. slow 35 minutes for the climb compared to a PR of 27m. Clearly a long way off my best, is it just tiredness or lack of riding this year? It is not as if I've done no sport but a lot of 5km runs.

After yesterday's hard day I had "heavy legs".

I really didn't fancy going out, it has been grey and cold for days but at least it wasn't raining. Thankful for small mercys.

1h25 for the loop but a bit tight as I only had 1h30 for lunch so had to push it after the climb.

Some unstructured L3 intervals, really just going with the flow on the climb. First time up the Murianette this year.

Just to confirm that it is possible to ride up to St Cyr during the lunch break. My long cut to St Cyr (idea was to find a flatter road) was not a good idea.

Trying to find an easier climbing route, this time via St Cyr but there appears to be a better option taking the Collonges road to the first r'about.

Idea was to do a small ride into the Mont d'Or but as I climbed the rain started and then got heavier and heavier so I cut my losses and headed down as fast as possible but added a mini climb over the
