Got up reasonably early to ride in to work via one of the valley cols. Feeling a bit better and times are back in the averages, climbed principally in x25 and sometimes x28; which is better than the x32 of the last few outings. 1h20 for the ride; again about 10 minutes quicker than I have ridden it recently.

18C average, overcast, fairly pleasant if a little humid cycling weather. Still some gravel on the Lancey climb, needs a good storm to clear it out. Other roads okay.
