Description

The ski resort of Le Chazelet is situated in the Oisans area of the Hautes-Alpes department in the Southern Alps region. It is part of the Ski Meije ski domain and is located just above la Grave, 5km by road. The area is often used by mixed groups as beginners can ski at le Chazelet and the nearby resorts of Villar d'Arene and the Col du Lautaret which the experts can explore the off-piste of la Grave. The village is also much sunnier compared to la Grave down in the Romanche valley. The lift served area extends from 1500 metres to 2100 metres. There are 8 km of lift served runs.
