Description

Obvious "urban" rollerski route along the river from the Parc de la Tête d'Or in the center of Lyon to the Confluence. It is approx 10km round trip. There can be a lot of people around on a sunny Sunday. There is no real difficulty. The surface is good for ski roues or roller blading. There are some cobbles towards the Confluence end, U-turn before or take care crossing them. There are also some narrow sections on a piste shared with cyclists.

Parcours évident au centre de Lyon. Il peut y avoir beaucoup de monde un dimanche ensoleillé. Il n'y a aucune difficulté. La surface est bonne pour les ski roues. Il y a quelques pavés vers la Confluence, Demi-tour avant ou attention. Il y a aussi quelques sections étroites sur une piste partagée avec les cyclistes.

Conditions

Fog in the morning cleared in the afternoon leaving a grey sky. Still quite a few people out walking but ok for rollerskiing.
