First time ski touring at the Collet de Allevard for tot. We followed the ski touring trail laid out by the resort. It is really very pleasant. The main Clarans chair was open for ski club groups, much to the chagrin of junior. We skied down via the red piste and the bottom of the west face, all in fresh powder.
Avalanche risk 3 > 1800m. 20cm of fresh snow. Sluffing on the face. Car park full. Lots of people.
