Ski Areas > Northern Alps > Belledonne > Gleyzin
The Gleyzin valley is clearly visible from the road to the left as you drive up to the Les-Sept-Laux?. It always seems have good snow cover, even late in the season. To access the valley take a narrow road to the left just as you exit the village of Pinsot. The road is steep and narrow and you will need snow-chains much of the winter. You can generally ski from the car park from early December to mid-March. The area is the starting point for ski tours to the Couloir de Pertuis, Comberousse and Pointes de la Porte d'Eglise but there are easier routes such as the Croix du Leat.
