The PowPow (or po-po to quote the Movement designer) is available in one size: big. The 193cm ski, although not long by historic standards is wide, 125-92-113mm and heavy. Not something you would want to mount a pair of Naxo nx21's to and climb, the skis alone weigh far more than my touring rig. However this gives them power to cut through different types of snow like a Russian ice-breaker. On our test day the skis performed well on a mixture of crud and glacier ice. People who have ridden them in powder say they float well. The skis are too long and heavy for that delicate touch required in narrow couloirs but as soon as the slope opens up they can accelerate full-ahead.
