We probably should have ridden against the wind to start with as it was very hard getting home across the Steppes of the Gresivaudan. They seem to be building a lot of new tracks on the left bank of the Isere river but there are a lot of works churning up the mud. Very quick getting down to the road bridge.
Relatively dry. Very strong foehn wind.
