50 km of pistes cross country runs for classic and skating. 2.5km of greens, 14km of blues, 23 km of reds and 7.5 km black with two practise areas. The blue runs, especially the 4km climb to the refuge, are a good standard. Views over the Belledonne and Chartreuse mountain ranges. Possibility to stay at the Cret du Poulet refuge on certain evenings.
Nordic skiing is possible to the Grand Rocher from the Col du Barrioz.

Access: Grenoble -> La Terrace exit -> Theys -> Col du Barrioz. Road is often snow covered from the Col du Barrioz.
