Description

Not a day I fancied going out much. Decided to revisit the climb of Mont Thou but registered my slowed time of the autumn despite feeling okay. Probably the cold compared to earlier in the year. 12m15s for the climb to the col and 39 m for the 10k from Lyon to the summit. At least the circuit doesn't take too long. Descent into Lyon ok apart from schoorun SUVs in St Cyr.

Conditions

Grim, grey, damp, -3C for a lot of the ride, cold feet.
