I've stopped cycling for the winter so wanted to get back into running a bit before the ski season starts. A bit of an improvement on September and managed to run under 6m/km for the 4.02km tour of the park. The KoM is around 11 minutes !
My PR is 21m18 which is 5m20.
Gained about 40 seconds since September and it is less painful to run now. Will keep it up.
Relatively warm but dark and lots of puddles from the storms!
