There isn't really a nordic ski area at the Collet d'Allevard but this year, as the lifts are shut, they'd prepared a small "loipe" at the Super Collet. I left from the Pre Rond by the "pony trail", this climbs to the Super Collet but stops about 200 meters short below the road, there is a clearing here and the piste loops around. I took a snowshoe trail to the road then had to walk along the road to the car park. From here I did about half of the prepared trail then took the Chamois and Loop ski pistes back to the Pre Rond. A fun little loop, the pony trail had really good conditions tbh but clearly you don't want to be too early with the strong refreeze.
A bit warm. Icy on shaded slopes.
