Given the 40 cm of snow that fell in town it was a chance to tour to the Manival valley directly from the front door. There were already a lot of tracks from snow shoers from this AM.

The Bellin Couloir is found just to the North of the cable car station and crosses under the cable descending 400 before it joins the Combe du Brévent giving a total of 1500m of descent to the valley

Note that from 450 meters only the main track next to the river/torrent is really skiable or climbable. Other tracks are full of brushwood.
