Basically pretty much all the between the pistes is skiable at le Grand Serre, it is one big off piste domain. We started with the long Vallons run which is a bit like an itinerary.

The col de l'Arzelier is a small ski station on the east barrier of the Vercors mountain range. The are 3 drag lifts and chair offering 350 meters of vertical.

I've meant to visit Mont St Martin in the winter for a long time. The climb is known to road bikers as "le petit alpe d'Huez" due to the number of zig-zags.

I thought about doing the Puy Mary or Puy d'Arse but there was not enough snow. A little trip to get the ski touring legs working again. Very pretty scenery with the little Cantal mountains.
