A morning session to take advantage of the 60cm of fresh snow that fell in the Chartreuse (ok more like 20cm at 1000m altitude) with a tour of the off pistes of our local ski area at St Hilaire.

We had cleared a lot of brushwood this autumn so a little off piste skiing to test our hard work through the phantom village.

The Couloirs du Midi are five north facing couloirs that form the "extreme skiing" area of the ski resort of les Karellis.
