Back home from BASI 2, quite tired but trying to keep the motivation up. We did an exercise relaying at the front, like in cycling, the idea was to match the other person's skiing style: Skate 2, Skate One left and right. We then did some hill climbing: no poles, poles behind hips or on shoulders, left pole only, right pole only; you get the idea. The aim was to eliminate rotation and parasitical movements.

It had snowed last week so really good now.
