Fritschi Diamir freeride binding
Introduced in 2002 the Fritschi Diamir Freeride binding is aimed firmly at the off-piste skier looking for greater performance the Freeride borrows the back end from Diamir's piste binding. It comes equipped with ski brakes as standard and cannot be used with straps. Although the looks are pleasing the principal differences over the Titanal II are DIN release settings that now go to 12 and a stronger toe-piece, important for the more dynamic off-piste skier. This comes at a price, the binding is a tad heavier than its older cousin at 2120 grams. The street price is around 290 .
