The Dynastar Legend 4800 is a versatile all mountain ski for advanced intermediate to good skiers looking for powder performance and good grip on harder snow conditions. A ski that will perform on the piste, in crud and for forays off-piste. The large shovel and kick tail give good float and excellent maneuverability. . Ski features a wood core with titanal-fibre sandwich construction and vertical sidewalls. New for 2008 is an elastomere mountain plate that absorbs shocks in hardpack terrain. With 74mm underfoot the ski lacks some float in bottomless powder, it is essentially a lighter, snappier version of the Legend 8000.
