The promenade to Sandbanks from Bournemouth is much smoother than towards Hengistbury and would be ok on normal rollerskates with just 3 rough sections - one between Alum Chine and Branksome and another after Canford Cliffs. Lots of people out running and swimming in the early morning sun.
Pleasant at 7am.
