Description

Spent an hour doing some classic ski diagonal stride balance and stability exercises. The principal aim is to be balanced on the front of the kick ski (front wheel) at the end of the push phase. This is not particularly easy in reality.

Conditions

Pleasant in the morning, cycle paths in generally good condition.
