Day trip to the 7 Laux with skimania from Lyon to show the mates my local ski area. We arrived at 8h30 but some of the mates were hiring ski gear which took an age and the rest of use were able to do 3 runs while the hire shop faffed around. Maybe holiday makers returning skis held it all up. However no worries the snow held up well until mid afternoon when it got a bit sticky. We skied to 4pm, fairly leisurely but we managed the Vallons from the entrance, usual big moguls which the photo doesn't show well. Nice to have spring snow. The resort was empty but there was a helicopter making a rescue at one point.
