Felt ok riding out, made it to St Romain, at the base of the climb, around 12h50 (30 minutes into the ride) and thought I'd try a bit of climbing on the Route de Mont Thou despite not having recovered from walking this week. Climb was ok, power about 10% down, better than walking at the moment. I was a bit worried I wouldn't make it up the 20% ramp at the end of the climb but just got over. After that a bit of bad road finding on the return, it's been a long time.
Cold wind from the North, hard out, spun out on the way back.
