48 days after my operation for a broken femur a bit of gentle classic skiing on the Beldina pistes. The ski resort of les 7 laux was totally rammed but I found a space at the Nordic car park. The piste up to the chalet was snow free, as were the slopes around the ski area. This in February at 1500 meters ! The nordic area has prepared around 2km of trails with snow making (4km return trip). I covered this a couple of times. It was not bad really... considering.
Warm and sunny, snow fine in the shade, slushy in the sun.
