Morning was classic evaluations - still not good enough. Afternoon spent square bashing on Descents and Skating technique - particularly posture and arm position. Amazing how much distance you can cover in a field !
Good skiing conditions but cold before midday when the sun arrives. Hot in the afternoon but the tracks stay skiable.
