My orginal plan had been to try and cycle up the quarry road from Candoglia but the road is guarded by a gate with security cameras. It looks quite interesting otherwise but there is no way to access it that I could find. Instead I rode up to Boden Sanctuary then climbed up to Bracchio which is a 1.5km 100 meter climb. It would be good for hill repeats as it is not too steep but has varying gradients as you climb, and not too long.
Pleasantly warm without being too hot. Road to Boden is in a bad way on the descent with lots of cars on Sunday morning.
