SNC club coaching / lessons. Given the weather we did a mix of exercises: Alternate skiing on one ski between the cones, skiing backwards, skiing with eyes shut, skiing with jumps. All on a slight incline. We then did some skate one work - with and without poles trying to put a bit of spring into the movement. Not much good today with my bad ankle but better than staying in bed.
Heavy rain at the col, zero iso about 1500 meters. Pistes varied between soggy and washed out.
