A quick rollerski to work mainly on diagonal technique. Came to the conclusion that the return ski squirrels when you don't get the hips high and forward on the glide ski as the return leg can't pendulum back into position but ends up twisting or the return leg has to bend to get the ski back front.
Damp, quite a lot of leaves which reduced the width of the track.
