Description

The Narbonne climb is a new one to me. Much nicer than the usual ride to the col de Clémencières. Not a car and pretty. The climb is 10% over 300 meters vertical which I managed with a VAM of 1000.Rather than cycling across St Martin le Vinoux ride along the cycle path in the valley until you reach the Route de Narbonne and climb directly from here, this avoids some ups and downs and other faff. At the col de Clémencières take the road to the Col de Vence then Grenoble to make a nice round trip.

I was a bit limited by jumping gears so will need to come back with things adjusted right. Ride over to the col de Vence is not too hard and took it easy on the roll down the hill.

Conditions

Dry, cold wind from east but was in shorts and didn't need k-way on the ride down.
