Testing out my workout program on the fitness watch by doing my 4 x 1km training run. Intervals were 4.59 dropping to 5.15 on the last interval with a 90s-2m rest in between intervals. Target is to do a 5K run in 25 minutes and 10K in 55 minutes. Need to try and put it altogether for 5k first but looking like it might be more like 5m10s at the moment so more work needed.
