This climb is a nice little switchback road which means the descent, on foot, is fairly short. The descent is down a steep track from the chapel and fairly quick. You could do a couple of laps although I'd advise stopping at the chapel in this case as the final. The start is quite hard as are the last few meters of the climb. Parking by the bridge on the Armeno side in a lay-bye.
Climb was 2.81km over 230m giving 8.1%. 24m30 for the ascent.
3.5km climbing, 1.6km decent so a good ratio between ski/walk.
Around 30C. Apart from the first section the road is largely in the shade, as is the descent. Road is good except on some corners and the last 50 meters of the climb.
