21:39 for the tour of the park (3.82km) which is about a minute up on my previous best of 22m31s due to less aches and pains in the ankles. That's about 28m20 for 5K - so a way off my 25 minute target :-) but progress. I need to run the park in sub 20 minutes so that's a target and think there is some room for improvement. May need trainers with a bit more heel cushioning for regular runs.
Lots of people doing the tour, a lot of duck footed runners, which is interesting.
