I swam a bit at La Mama Beach in some very pleasant water before a 10 ride back to pick up my car from where I'd left it in Villeurbanne. 3000 m V+ for the month now.
Warm, very pleasant in the lake today. A bit overcast which kept temperatures in check. Potholes on the climb through the Mont D'Or - too many lorries trashing the roads and a rough descent to Couzon - the climb is better. A much nicer rolling ride over the Rilleux ridge but went too far into Miribel.
