Finally managed to hook up with Thibaut for a lunch ski. He's a fair bit quicker than me so put me under a bit of pressure. We climbed to 1200 meters before skiing back down and doing the St Eynard loop (which is not yet fully open). Most of the rest of the ski area seems to be pisted now. Excellent job at prepping both the alpine and ski de fond trails by le Sappey.
Excellent skating conditions. Snow just hard enough. There is probably around 50cm of snow depth on the ski runs now.
