Spring training with Yves and Valentin. Started with some rollerskiing. First V1 without poles but same arm action, trying to plant ski flat and glide for as long as possible. Then an exercise on V1 where you don't pole plant every third arm movement but with good V2 position. This is for balance.
We then put on running shoes and did some "classic" type striding on foot uphill. Apparently the kids do this a lot in summer training.
Track was clean. Muddy on the trails but not too bad. Lots of flies
