French Freerider Julien Gaidet has joined Pyrenean based Urge Snowproducts. If the name rings a bell it is maybe because he is the brother of Manu Gaidet, world freeride champion. Julien is already sponsored by Rossignol, the same team as his big brother, and scored a notable 8th place at Verbier Ride big mountain last season.
Amongst other items Urge Snowproducts has an excellent range of helmets, our favourite is the gold coloured ‘pimp’. Phil Urge has also launched a clothing range including ‘ecological T-shirts’ and a new line of belts which should be useful for keeping freestylers baggy pants up around their waists!
