I headed up to Ceillac yesterday to pick up my Queyras season pass and check out the area. I was blown away. Not as an on-piste area, but the off piste was fantastic and the fact that there was no one else skiing it was great. I had loads of tree runs through virgin pow all morning. Unlinke my other favourite spot, Crevoux, this area also had lots of rocks and cliffs to drop off, great for photographers.
I found lots of good lines to have a go at, some in the ski area and some a short hike from it. I have posted loads of pictures of the possibilites and descriptions of the lines here

If there is anyone in this area who wants to hook up to ski any of this stuff then get in touch.

Cheers

Phil

Of course the great snow down there will make some lines skiable that are not there in normal times. Here in the Isere we are picking routes between the rocks at the moment.

I’m told the Moulin Ollivier is a good place to stay down your way (Crevoux)

I assume you
