Here are some shops that I would recommend, in no particular order:-

Telemark Pyrenees

Ian (our Pyrenees correspondant) uses this shop and I've stopped in on the way down from Ax. Tiny shop, they are really centered around their highly-rated mail order business run out of the depo, which you can visit. They are friendly but phone ahead during the season to make sure someone knowledgeable is there to help you. Rue de l'Horloge is in the pedestrian zone in the town center, just off the main road.
