Cuculet By The Jacotte Ridge

From the Signal ski down to red piste towards the Roche Mantel chair. Traverse to the right of a round summit (Roche Mantel - 3040m) then swing round to the west under the base of the cliffs to traverse above a large bowl to arrive at around 2650 meters. The start of the ridge is steep and narrow before opening out onto a wide summit ridge. You can ski the south-west slopes to rejoin the Gours blue run or continue along the ridge to the Grande Sure (2485m) and Sure (2451m) to ski a west facing ridge which joins the Clots ridge at 1774m (danger slipping), le pre du Loup (1440m) to join the village of Cuculet at 1300 meters. From Cuculet you would either need to have reserved a taxi or rejoin the Mont de Lans chair.
