Le Clot De Chalance

From the summit of the Jandri Express or the top of the Signal chair ski down to a wide col marked by a cairn (3100 meters). Ski to the north west then at 3000 meters turn to the south west into a valley with cliffs either side. At about 2850 meters turn to the west-north-west to follow the stream that flows from the base of the glacier, the Clot de Chalance (attention small cliffs, see photo). At around 2200 meters you exit onto the Piste de Gours. The route is marked as an itinerary on the piste map. You can ski down to the village of Cuculet following the right bank of the valley to rejoin the Clots ridge (see Cuculet by the Jacotte Ridge
